By downloading, installing, or using Image Wizard Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Image Wizard Pro is an AI-powered mobile application that provides image upscaling, video upscaling, background removal, and AI-powered image effects.
3. Key Provisions
Account Registration
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for account security and must be at least 13 years old.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours prior. Refunds are handled via Apple. Monthly credits reset; purchased credits do not expire.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your media. We claim no ownership over your processed content.
4. Liability & Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
