Why did my processing fail?

Common reasons include:

  • Image size over 50MB
  • Unsupported format (stick to JPG, PNG, HEIC)
  • Poor internet connection

Don't worry - credits are automatically refunded if processing fails!

How do credits differ from subscriptions?

Subscribers get a monthly allowance of credits (e.g., 150/mo) that reset each billing cycle. Credit Packs are one-time purchases and never expire.

How do I cancel?
